What Is Zia Agent Studio?
A no-code platform for building and deploying AI agents. Each agent has access to over 700 pre-built actions across the Zoho ecosystem and can be deployed in under a minute.
How It Works
You configure three areas:
- Tools: Which actions can the agent perform? E.g., “Get Deals”, “Create Task”, “Update Contact” — with granular permission controls
- Knowledge: Which data sources does the agent use? PDFs, SOPs, training documents from Zoho WorkDrive or Zoho Learn
- Guardrails: Built-in safeguards against bias, toxicity, and unauthorized data access

Availability
Zia features and Agent Studio require at least the Professional edition of Zoho Desk. The full Zia AI suite including Answer Bot and Zia Agents is available in the Enterprise edition.
Data Privacy
Customer data is not used to train Zoho AI models. All data remains on Zoho servers.
